Annual university-profile plan

Service and eligibility
The annual university-profile plan gives an approved representative access to the university workspace, programme overview, protected student enquiry inbox and tracked change requests. Representative verification is separate from payment. Payment does not guarantee publication of a programme, search rankings, enquiries, applications or enrolments. Requested changes remain subject to review.
Price and payment
The annual plan costs US$299.99 per year plus applicable VAT, billed once per year. The currency, applicable VAT and total payable amount are shown before payment. Access starts after representative approval and confirmation of payment.
Online payments use Stripe. Manual invoice payment is also available. An approved representative choosing that route receives payment instructions separately; invoice access is activated after payment is confirmed.

The advertised US$299.99 annual price excludes VAT. Applicable VAT is added to the payment total.
Online subscription renewal
An online annual subscription renews automatically each year until cancelled. You can see your subscription details and next billing date through Manage subscription in the university portal. The amount shown when you subscribe applies to that subscription unless a later change is communicated and takes effect under the agreed terms.
Cancellation
To stop future online renewal, open Billing in the university portal, choose Manage subscription and follow the cancellation steps. Stripe shows the date on which the subscription will end. You can also contact info@studyonline.today for billing help.
Cancelling future renewal leaves access available until the end of the paid period. When that period ends, paid workspace features, including the protected enquiry inbox and change requests, become unavailable. Cancellation does not by itself delete the university's public listing or erase existing payment records.
Manual invoice payments do not authorize recurring card charges. Any renewal through the manual route is handled separately with billing support.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, the portal may show Payment needs attention and restrict paid workspace features. Use Manage billing or contact info@studyonline.today to resolve the payment. Access is restored after payment confirmation when the entitlement covers the current date.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the payment, and we do not offer automatic prorated refunds for unused time. To request a refund or report a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact info@studyonline.today with your university name and invoice reference. Any applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
